1. If you're running Win98, they should be changed when you load an icon package. If not, rightclick, choose properties and change icon
2. If you're running WinXP, Unfortunately, the answer will probably be: "Microsoft removed the ability to customize drive icons in the first release of Windows XP. We believe this was accidental, as Microsoft has not acknowledged our problem reports before releasing XP. We hope that the Windows shell team will restore this functionality in a future update of service pack."
